Richard Olszewski

Rick is the Principal/Owner of Sandler Training – Upstate New York affiliate, and has been involved in the selling world for 35 years. The last 28 years have been in the capacity of Trainer, Consultant and National Speaker.

A native of Syracuse, New York, Rick graduated in 1980 from the State University of New York @ Oneonta. Rick is very proud to have worked for Campbell Soup Co., Bausch & Lomb, Protocol Systems and Dynamax in the capacity of Sales Representative, Sales Manager and Director of Training and Development. In each of these companies, Rick has achieved awards and recognition for his high levels of performance and his ability to help professionals help themselves get to the next level.

Director of Operations & Business Development

Sandy Stefano

Sandy Stefano has been in the sales profession for over 23 years and currently holds the position of Director of Operations and Business Development for Sandler Training – Upstate New York affiliate.

Sandy graduated from the State University of New York @ Cortland and completed graduate studies from the New York State School of Industrial Labor Relations at Cornell University. Prior to joining Sandler Training, she was a consultant for a local human resource consulting firm and sold durable and capital medical equipment for two medical distributors in Central New York.
